Not so nice this month was an issue some of our customers had with their Internet Service Provider; BT. This caused intermittent connection issues and slow performance when connecting to Okappy. We worked hard to implement workarounds and published a support page with more tips and tricks.
We are also considering offering a new technical support service in conjunction with an IT support company. If this is something you may be interested in, let us know. And as always, don’t forget to bookmark https://status.okappy.com for the latest system status.

iOS Support
With iOS 15 available and most of our customers on iOS10 or above, we’re going to drop support for iOS9 next month.
Don’t forget, see all the latest web updates by clicking your Profile icon at the top right of the screen and then selecting Latest updates. iOS and Android updates are available from the Okappy icon, then select More.

Q: “How do I upload jobs with a required by date?”
A: “You can type the date in the format i.e., “29/10/2021 09:00” for 9am and then format the cells to Custom field with type in the following format dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm.
