Archiving a customers job

Gerry -  can you have a look at this please?  Our customer has cancelled a job but cannot  delete it from their end, they have archived it but still showing on our end, so I will archive it our end please can you update us with your findings.

Yes that is correct, to remove the job from both accounts you would both need to archive the job.   Otherwise there is a risk that a customer archives a job which you may still be working on i.e to raise an invoice.
