bit laggy waiting 2 load jobs

Hey guys.

Hope all is well.

Have noticed since last update that the office girls are reporting of jobs missing

And not recent jobs. Searching 4 jobs that have been in for a.couple weeks. Then need 2 refresh for them 2 come back.

Also server getting full? Girls saying bit laggy waiting 2 load jobs.

Thoughts would be appreciated.

Ps got another project / request that not sure you can help with but will right it out soon. It may fit in your wheel house or you may know some 1 who does.

Hi Gary

I've run some tests this morning on your account and cannot see any specific issues with regards to your setup.

It sounds as if related to your computer or network. Some things you could try:

1) ensure you have enough free memory on your computers - see our recommended system requirements

2) do a speed test to check the performance of your network. Do speed test.

3) You mentioned jobs missing, if you could provide an example we can look into that specific job

If you could provide more information from the questions above we can investigate further.
