It sounds as if related to your computer or network. Some things you could try:
1) ensure you have enough free memory on your computers - see our recommended system requirements
2) do a speed test to check the performance of your network. Do speed test.
3) You mentioned jobs missing, if you could provide an example we can look into that specific job
