Email address already used

Hi,

 

Please can you change the contact email for our customer. Okappy won’t let me change it because that email address is already being used by another customer.

Yes, you are already using the email for another of your connections so we can't use that email again for a new connection.

I would suggest changing the name of the connection to the group name of the company rather than the specific pub name and then using that for all jobs for either pub (or any other pub which is part of that group).

You're using the name of the pub in the address anyway so you'll still see the same information.  It will also come up in the address predictions if you start entering the pub name.
