Yes you can customise the software including setting up your own job templates and check sheets, branding your invoices and turning different functions on or off.
You can run various reports and export the date to Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. If you export it to Google Sheets you can set the sheet up to download your data periodically. Check out our Google Sheets Series for some tips and tricks of how to get the most out of Okappy and Google Sheets.
