It should tell me if it is an Enquiry, Surveyor, Manufacturer or Installation.

Ah ok, do you mean that you'd like to see the job type on your job dashboard. To change what columns are shown you can change the page layout from the job options menu. More information is available in the following article on our help and support site - Changing the layout of your job dashboard
