Future jobs

Hi Lauren

I was just talking to Tom about this scheduling facility and the disadvantage of having lots of future jobs on the job list and he said is it possible, by using one of our 5 additional customizable columns to hide the scheduled jobs. So we could hide any job that had an entry in that column. Just a thought.

Yes, that’s a good idea, you can certainly use one of the customisable columns and put something in there, or even just use the description or reference and put something in there and then use the filter.

We don’t have the functionality to filter out what is in the column, but you could do it the other way. Put something like Live or Current in the jobs that you want to see then use that to only show those jobs and not the future jobs.
