Hi Gerry

Hope all is well

im not sure if this is something we can intergrate into okappy or what but I figured I would ask you guys 1st.

as we do in our business alot of pick up for repairs and drop backs. for some reason customers seam to pay alot more attention to there product on return than they do when they leave.

what im wondering is there a way weather is be intergrated into current job or we have a new job type, ( that the techs in field can add new)
of like a check sheet where they can tick off hoses, power lead, remote, so on for things returned to workshop. and then the ability to take photos of product in home before pickup with any damage noted. model / Serial so on.

then this is a MUST. be able to Search by Name. the fact we still cant search archived or deleted jobs by Last name is the biggest bug bear on our current system.

Yes you can absolutely do that with Okappy. I would suggest setting up a new job type called returns. See our support page - setting up job templates for more information.

With regards to searching for name. You can search by last name in archived jobs. Here’s some screenshots and a video showing a search by last name in archived jobs.
