Hi Tom, Okappy is very flexible and can be used in lots of different ways. How do you want to view or report on the assets moving from one site to another?
Thanks
Joe

So we hire out construction machines. Are we able to import them all and move them between sites when the hire finishes

What our customers typically do is have a field on their job template called machines which you could use to show which machines are on which job.
In that way you can easily change the machine from one job to another just by cutting and pasting. Any changes you make to the job in the office would be visible to the engineers out in the field and vice versa. If the engineer updated the machines on the job you'd see the update back in the office.

can we use our PDF documents we already have to create our job templates

Yes, we can configure your job from your existing PDF documents. They might not be exactly the same as we optimise them for different devices but in most case we can have all the information which is required.
Check configuration page for more information about our different configuration options.

Okay, Are we able to have unique numbers with all our forms
Okay, Are we able to have unique numbers with all our forms
Yes, Okappy automatically generates a Unique Job ID for each form. You can also use the reference field for additional IDs or PO numbers etc.
