Sending a message to 4 users

Hello,

we have four office space users, can a subcontractor send a message via the app so that all four users can see it please? instead of the one person it was directed at?

If you all use one office account, then your guys can send to that account and you would all see the message. However, you would lose some visibility over who is updating what.

What a lot of customers do is, rather than sending a message, they get their engineers to update one of the job fields i.e., job description. If this field is on the main dashboard, then you would all see that update in real-time anyway.
