The timesheets reports feature!

Hi Gerry

Hope you are well?

I had seen there was an option to view the timesheets in the reports section but wasn’t aware if the report was generated automatically from the checksheet information? If it is a manual entry by the engineers could you please let me access one to see if it would work for us and advise if there is an additional cost?

Hi Heather

Hope you had a good weekend.

To run the timesheet report you will need to create a job type called Timesheet where the engineers can fill in their times.

There is a charge for us to set that up for you. Alternatively, you can create the job template yourself using our Add template feature. It does require that everyone has the latest version of the app. More information is available at the following link including instructions on how to check which versions your guys are on.
