Is that a standard report or something that is customised?

You can create timesheets in a number of different ways depending on your requirements. Usually our customers will create "Timesheet" job template with the relevant fields. Their engineers will then fill in the timesheet when required.

OK, but can be taken from the Job Management data and how do you handle down time like holidays, sick and no work

Yes, using it the way I mentioned, all the data would be within your job management date so you could easily see it from within the dashboard or run specific report such as our timesheet report.

As the templates are configurable you could fields for holidays, sick, no work and any other information you need your engineers to complete.

Does Okappy have an intergraded CRM?

Yes, Okappy can be used as a light touch CRM. You can easily see all your customers, subcontractors and employees from the connections screen. You can add notes for your connections, view jobs, site addresses and invoices etc.
