Trying to set up an employee to have access to the system, however he cannot access

Good afternoon,
I am trying to set up an employee to have access to the system, however he cannot access. I noticed his email is set with a dummy email and when I try to change this to his actual email address it comes up with ' This employee email has already been used' - Is there a way to change this or another way he can log in to view jobs assigned to him?

Hi Michelle

If the email has already been used for another account, then they will need to confirm they want to delete that account and move over to yours. They can do that from by sending a request from within the app or by sending us an email from that address.

We'll then move them over to your account.
