Firstly please check the email is correct, no extra spaces, punctuation etc.
After that, the most likely reason is that the email is going into their spam or junk folder. This could either be on their local computer in which case they will need to check or at a higher level in which case they’ll need to get their email account administrator to check.
If it is ending up in their spam or junk folders, if they white list
