View your latest activity
You can now view your latest activity from anywhere within the web app. Simply click the activity icon to see what’s going on in your business.
Raise jobs from quotes, complete jobs in one click and more
You can now raise jobs from your quotes. From within the invoices screen, simply click the three dots next to the relevant quote and select the raise job option.
We also made it easier to complete your jobs when adding work done. When the checkbox is checked your jobs get completed as soon as you add the work done.
Some customers saw an issue this month when copying jobs. Our team worked hard to identify the cause and we’re happy to say it has now been rectified.

Raising quotes on Okappy
There’s 2 ways you can raise a quote on Okappy. Through the jobs screen by setting up a quote template or from the invoices screen. Check out our support article for more information.

Q:“Can you let us know whether we can put private images on the jobs without the engineers being able to view….”
A:“I’m afraid you can’t attach private images to jobs. What you could do is add a field marked images which is not on the job sheet. Then you could include links to images in dropbox or Google sheets. Read more”
