It’s almost the end of the year and Christmas is getting closer. But we’re not taking our foot off the pedals.

Winter is a particularly busy period for a lot of our customers and we’ve seen record numbers of jobs done and invoices raised. Consequently we’ve been working day and night to ensure the performance of the system is optimised. Although this appears to be paying dividends, we’re not resting on our laurels with more updates coming soon.

You can now choose whether to archive all jobs before a certain date or just completed jobs. This gives more flexibility and makes it even easier to stay on top of your work.

See when a job has notes

You can now see whether a job has notes from the job dashboard, saving you going into each job to check.

Look out for the little green square near the three dots menu.

Q:“Our subcontractors see their jobs as not assigned on the app”
A:“A subcontractor is a separate company which can have one or multiple employees. They can assign the job to themselves by clicking where it says ‘Not assigned’ but if they are the only employee they don’t need to do that, they can just leave it as unassigned and update the job”
