How to cancel your Okappy account
If your circumstances have changed and you find that you need to cancel your Okappy account, we’re here to assist you through the process. Before taking any steps, it’s crucial to ensure that you’ve downloaded all your essential data and met the 14-day notice requirement for cancelling any active direct debits.
This article will guide you through each step of cancelling your account on an iOS, Android or Desktop device.
Pre-requisites – Download your data
Before cancelling your account, make sure you’ve downloaded all the data you need. This can be done using the reports functionality. See our reports support article for more information.
You will also need to let any connections in your network know that you are no longer taking or sending jobs via Okappy or sending or receiving invoices.
Follow the steps below to cancel your Okappy account on iOS
- Click the Okappy icon: Click the Okappy icon from within the app.
- Go to More Options: Tap on the More option.
- Scroll Down: Scroll down to the bottom of the menu.
- Delete Account: Click Delete Account at the bottom of the list.
- Confirm Deletion: A pop-up alert will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to delete your account and all associated users.
- Tap OK to proceed.
Your request will be processed and you’ll be notified by email once complete.
Note: If you have a subscription with Okappy, 14 days notice is required before the subscription can be cancelled. See your contract for more details.

- Click the chat icon: Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen.
- Select Desktop questions: Select desktop questions
- Enter request: In the text box, let us know that you would like to cancel your account.
Your request will be processed and you’ll be notified by email once complete.
