You can export your invoices from Okappy to various accounting software.

If you have already raised invoices within that software you may want to reset your  number in Okappy to match. Read on to find out how.

From the invoices screen, you can see your invoices number on the left.

To change the number they go from

• Click Invoice options
• Select Reset invoice number

Enter the new number that you want to start your invoice number from and click Reset invoice number.

Now when you raise a new invoice, the invoice number will be incremented from the new number you chose.
