Step 7 – check activity

If you are not seeing the location update on the radar screen in your browser, try checking the activity report as the browser may not have updated.
To check the activity report,

  • click Reports
  • Select Vehicle / devices
  • Choose the Latest activity report to see the last locations sent from all your devices

If activity is shown in the report, then check the GPS column. If this is showing as weak or not available then the radar screen will show the last known location.
If there is a location and the GPS is strong, then you might need to check your browser settings to ensure it is updating. See the following article for more information on how to clear the cache on your browser – https://www.okappy.com/support-article/clearing-cache-browser/

Are locations now showing?

Give the device a few minutes to send a new location then update the refresh the radar screen. Are the device locations now showing?  If not, click Next
