Training and support person wanted

Description

Okappy’s workforce management software integrates with leading accounting packages from the likes of Xero, Sage and Quickbooks. (see all our accounting integrations).
We provide help and support to our customers but they often ask for additional onsite or web based training to help them get started or improve how they manage their invoicing.  We are therefore keen to recruit individuals who can offer small training sessions from an hour up to half a day.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing tailored training sessions to clients and their employees
  • Typically onsite, but could also be web based
  • Help customers get set up with Okappy and their accounting package
  • Take employees through the process of raising an invoice from a job on Okappy through to viewing the invoice in Xero
  • Show employees how they can get the most out of their accounting package
  • Field questions and update our CRM system
  • Build your profile on Okappy by responding to questions on our forums

The role will be freelance.

Skills required

  • Experience with one or all of the following; Xero, Sage50, Quickbooks, Kashflow and Clearbooks
  • Confident with web based SAAS systems
  • Punctual, polite and professional
  • Patient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of accounting and finance
