Cannot export invoices to QuickBooks

One of our invoices will not export to quick books please arrange.

I can see that the invoice has already been exported to QuickBooks so you wouldn't be able to export it again unless you first deleted it in QuickBooks.

If you can't see the invoice in QuickBooks i'm afraid you would need to speak to them as we don't have access to your QuickBooks software so wouldn't be able to see what happened to the invoice after it was exported from Okappy.
