Can't change clients email

We wish to change the email details for a client. However Okappy tells us that authorisation is required.

Hi,

Okappy is a network and works in the same way as other networks such as LinkedIn. If your customer is using Okappy they will receive notification of the suggested change which they would need to authorise in order for it to be actioned.

However, if they are not using Okappy, then the system will do some more checks and provided these pass, then the change will be updated automatically.

Either way if you submit the change request it should get actioned if valid.
