Can't open the application "Mail"

Hi,
I hope you are well,
I am not sure if this is to do with an issue at your end, but I am not able to send any invoices out
the message I get says 'you can't open the application "Mail" because it is not responding'
Could you please advice if there is any technical glitch?
I would appreciate if you could get back to me as soon as you can

Hi Irena

It sounds like you may need to change your default email program on your computer.

Depending on what type of computer you are using, the steps to do this will be different. On Windows 10, you can go to the Settings menu, then System settings, then Default apps, and then choose Microsoft Outlook (or whichever email client you wish to use). On a Mac, you can open the Mail application, click the Mail menu and choose Preferences, then go to the General tab, look for Default email reader, and then select your email application manually.
