Duplicate emails

I'm trying to set up a customer but the system is saying that the email has already been used.

An email might have already been used if your customer has created their own account, if someone else has created the account on their behalf or if you've already created an account using that email.

If the email has been used, a message will be displayed.

Adding connections on Okappy

Click on View and connect to view the account which has already been set up.  You can then connect to the account and start adding jobs.

If for some reason you don't want to connect to that account, you can use a dummy email.  You will still be able to send invoices to your customer by email from the system as you can change the email when sending invoices.
