Emailing invoices formats

Hi

We have been given the task to send out invoices. We wish to do it in exactly the same way as our accounts department. We want the client to receive the invoices in the same format as it was originally with our email details in place and a link to the invoice. What we seem to be getting is a formatt which is very okappy specific.

Our email details not shown and the client our company name details not high lighted. Could some one please advise

Hi Moses

You can send invoices from within Okappy or using your own email client.  Your accounts department sends them from within Okappy which includes the link to the invoice.

We are unable to achieve the same layout/presentation in our invoice emails as our was originally being produced by our accounts department. They have official PCA logo at the bottom of the email along with our contact details.

You can create a signature for each user which can include your logo. Please see here https://www.okappy.com/support-article/editing-okappy-email-signature/
