Subcontractor seeing not assigned on app

Morning
Our subcontractors are receiving the jobs on their app we are sending out but it is saying Not Assigned when they look at the job.
I have a screenshot of what the subcontractors are seeing and I can send it over if it helps.

Hi Zoe,
A subcontractor is a separate company which can have one or multiple employees. They can assign the job to themselves by clicking on not assigned but if they are the only employee they don't need to do that, they can just leave it as unassigned and update the job.
