Subcontractors cannot set up new account

Our subcontractor is unable to set up new account I have resent invite but still not working. Please could you assist. Many thanks

I can see that your subcontractor has accepted your invite and is showing in the drop down list so you can assign jobs to him.

He doesn't need to set up a new account as it is already set up. If he is still having difficulties logging in on his app, he can reset the password and/or reset the app - see https://www.okappy.com/support-article/resetting-the-okappy-monitor-app/
