Transferring customers addresses to Xero

Good Morning When we raise a new customer in OKappy and transfer their invoice into Xero the address of the client is not imported. We have to re-enter the address details in Xero. It always used to be exported so is there anything that can be done to address this. thank you

Hi,  If you're customer is new in Okappy and not in Xero yet, then Okappy will send the details including the address to Xero will set up the customer. However, if there is already a customer in Xero with the same name but no address details then it won't get overwritten in Xero and will still show with no address.

If you have an example of a customer you've created recently where you're not seeing the address, let me know which one and I can investigate further?
