UNABLE TO SEE UPDATED NOTES ON JOBS

Hi,

We are unable to see "notes" against each job that have been added by the Subcontractors who are assigned the job?

Please see the screen shot of the notes added by subcontractor on the app against jobs - but our system is knowing No notes against jobs unless added by myself.

Please can someone look at this for us?

Hi Rebecca

Notes are designed to be private to each company. As a subcontractor is a separate company you would not be able to see notes they added any more than your customer could see notes which you have added. If you want to share notes you could have a notes field in your job. Alternatively you can change your subcontractors to employees
