Hi Gena

This is most likely due to information being added to your job sheet which contains characters that are not recognised. Often due to cutting and pasting from another application, particularly Microsoft Word.

Please check what has been entered in to the job sheet and try again

Further to the above, if you are copying and pasting between applications, when pasting into a text field it is best to paste without formatting.

To copy without formatting

On a Mac, click Shift Alt (Option) Command V
On Windows, click Shift CTRL V
